I was just checking the Internetz to see if there’s anything interesting to post today and what do you know – one of my favorite bands has finally announced the release of their debut full-length! Light Asylum‘s self-titled album drops May 1 on Mexican Summer. But who can wait till May, right? Well, out today is the 12″ single featuring a new version of their monolithic gem ‘Shallow Tears’, and a new song called ‘Genesis’. Stream them both below and buy the single here.

That recent Kool Thing remix of ‘Shallow Tears’ was pretty epic too.
