I agree with everything you said Sofie! haha @ the 14 year-old girls with Nirvana shirts. They don't know anything about Kurt. And I think Kurt did shut everyone out towards the end of his time. That heroin really messed with his head. I guess he had some serious stomach pains and he said "heroin is the only thing keeping me from killing myself". Why didn't he take pain killers or even smoke some weed!? I think heroin killed him. It definitely messed with this head, making him feel like he wasn't worthy of living. Plus he didn't like the fame and attention. Did you read his suicide letter? And what do you think of Courtney Love?

What about the ending with "Where Did You Sleep Last Night"? I think I died and went to heaven after Kurt finished the show like that.... ; ) ... I'm glad you know what good music is for your age. I first discovered Nirvana because "Something in the Way" was on the movie Jarhead and when I found MTV Unplugged I became a HUGE fan. lol, I think Kurt was hipster-ish. Dave Grohl was definitely a hipster, haha. MTV Unplugged is the only album I can play from start to finish without any exceptions. How different do you think music would be if Kurt were still here?

Mine would have to be Heart-Shaped Box and probably every single song on MTV Unplugged in New York, lol..... ; ) So what's your favorite album? And why do so many people hate Nirvana.... ; (

ohh i wish you good luck.. yeah i understand what you're sayin.. his paintings are quite simple sometimes, or really busy with brush traces.. he has controversial paintings.. i know them, the colors are so warm and pleasant.. i would like to own a painting of a famous painter and have it on my walls :) i love both and i cant say i'm better at one of them.. i mean i have lacks and parts where im really good at both of them... its so hot here.. hows Belgium? i can't wait to leave the town.. what are you doing this summer?

I like Dali too, i can stay a whole day in front of one of his art and think about interpretations. haha, yeah i have that feeling too when i look at one of the world's art masterpieces...i sometimes draw, but i'm a really lazy person, unfortunately.. anyway i hope i'll draw and paint more this summer.. what do you prefer the most, painting or drawing? :)

i dont know.. if the guy is really nice i'd probably pass over the fact that he's smoking.. but only if he doesnt smell like tobacco when he's kissing me :P i didn't read the book but i plan to read it this summer :) i want to watch the movie only after i read the book.. it's a rule for me :) england is truly beautiful! yeah, the impressionism is what i was talking about. i love monet too :D the impressionism is very pictorial, not bold, not always very realistic, but the colors and techniques are great. van gogh is not one of my favorites, because sometimes i think his brush traces are too vibrant for my taste. he is a post-impressionist, but he was a really good painter after all. wow, you're lucky! i never visited a big and famous art museum.. my wish is to see the Louvre and Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence (where is the original statue of David by Michelangelo).

I had a feeling you'd dig Spoon. The first time I heard "I Turn My Camera On", I fell in love instantly. I'm happy to hear that you liked Elizabeth & the Catapult as well—and I agree, she and Feist share distinctive vocal and lyrical similarities. I'll be sure to check out Balthazar. You've got me hooked on Intergalactic Lovers!

You asked what Grimes songs are worth listening. I think "Vanessa" and "Crystal Ball" , both of the album "Darkbloom", are really good.

no, i'm not smoking and thanks god, i don't have parents or any relatives that smoke. i tried once, but it was superficial and i quit. so i agree with you :) hehe, nice mental images you created.. i think there are many beautiful places, i'd like to see the cold countrysides in norway or finland.. oh lucky you! i wish i'll visit england soon..oh don't make me talk about painters because i can write a whole book :P i'm passionate by art, i went to the fine arts highschool, but i left it because of personal reasons.. i'm completely in love with michelangelo, he's my favourite renaissance artist, i recommend you to read "the agony and the ecstasy", it's about his life, but it's fiction, not a biography. i also like the impressionists like monet, degas, renoir, pissaro.. i don't like modern art so much, i'm more into classics. what painters do you know?:)

I don't know too much about frances, but i could see that she's already smoking & having lots of tattoos.. she is the brunette version of courtney .. i think she's making caricatures or smth.. I know i would always read those books again with the same pleasure :) Well i think that's interesting.. you made me curious about scandinavian novels..those regions make me think about darkness, coldness, cold blood :D perfect scene for a brilliant crime :D i'm not exactly attracted by those places, my biggest dream is to visit London, and generally England, because i'm completely in love with England's history with her kings, castles and sweet old ladies you can meet in Christie's books :) i'd also love to visit Germany (mostly Berlin), Rome and Florence (i'd like to see the places where my favorite renaissance painters were born) and USA (especially New York).

My favourite are Severus and hahha Lord Voldemort. 1st reason: they're both the same sign of the zodiac as me, 2nd: I like their mystery, dark, coldness and a lot of similar things, 3rd: I admire Severus for his sacrifice. He saved son of his enemy and bride of his heart. I think, I would't be brave enough and I could't do the same thing. I don't know why, but I don't like Harry very much. What do you think about film adaptations? :)

I don't know what to think about Courtney.. I guess she's a great singer and she loved Kurt.. Obviously together they were unstoppable when it came to take drugs.. their daughter seems to follow her parents way, but i hope she's conscious that drugs destroyed her father. Where did you sleep last night is one of my favourite songs. Thanks for the recommendations :) I definitely advice you to read at least one of Christie's popular novels. My favs: Murder in the Orient Express (great to read in a train), ABC murders, Hercule Poirot's Christmas, Death on the Nile, Secret Adversary :) I also heard a lot about scandinavian literature.

oops i forgot about Kurt, :) though i don't like he was on drugs.. but he was a sensitive man with a really big heart, i guess.. i can hear his thoughts in his songs,i feel like his soul is still here with us :) about Sherlock holmes, no i haven't seen the movies yet, shame on me, but i plan to.. I was thinking that it is probably a lame and too modern adaptation after the books and it doesnt worth watching but i heard a lot of good things about the movies...anyway the character is really special, there will be no other detective like him. i love detective fiction, especially Agatha Christie with her Poirot , but Sherlock Holmes is just classic, unique. i totally agree with you about Emma, i can definitely name her a lady :)

Yeah, I did :) I know, Tolkien's literature is very hard to read. While you're reading it, you should be very concentrated :D I think it is :) My favourite actor from these films is Christopher Lee. What is your favourite character from HP books? :)

Wonderful recommendation. :) Unfortunately Spotify has only one song available for Intergalactic Lovers, "Fade Away", but I absolutely adore it. I've just finished watching the music video for it and am looking forward to seeing / hearing more. After hearing that, I think I have a better idea as to what types of sound and genre appeal to you and, although we seem to have similar taste, I am reconsidering some of my previous recommendations. I still believe you'll enjoy Spoon, however, I'm not sure whether you'll enjoy Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' music the way that I do. Perhaps instead you should check out Elizabeth & the Catapult. Start with two songs from the Taller Children album, "Hit The Wall" and "Momma's Boy". I think (I hope) you're going to really like it. :)

About month ago, I started to read it but could't end it 'cause I didn't have enough time.:( I read about 3/4 of this book. I'm so sad because of it. However, I may read it at holiday :D But I've read LoTR and Hobbit and I've also watched LoTR films;) Are you going to watch Hobbit?

yeah, i think you described yourself very good :) and i found out that we have some things in common, like art, reading, harry potter, talking to people with the same taste in music, admiring the people who know how to play an instrument, i admire johnny depp, emma watson, jk rowling, conan doyle too :)

I'm always happy to offer recommendations. Based on our music-compatibility (according to Last.fm), I'm going to say you should give Spoon a listen. If you use Spotify, look up their "Gimme Fiction" album, and start with a song titled "I Turn My Camera On". As far as personal recommendations go: Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Look up and listen to "Red Right Hand" (the album is titled Let Love In), also .. "Stagger Lee" (album: Murder Ballads). Also, I've recently been listening to a lot of their B-sides & Rarity releases, and I'm quite fond of the acoustic version of "City of Refuge" as well as "Deanna". Again, these should all be available on Spotify. (: I'm constantly searching for new tunes to get into, so don't hesitate to throw some suggestions my way!
