Are you saying Nick Drake ripped off Sufjan Stevens? You mean Nick Drake who died the year before Sufjan Stevens was born?

oKult, cause it's ONLY at the 8th place

I don't think there are any songs of Drake's that I could class as bad, or even average. It's such a great shame that he died so young, a shame that so many people haven't heard of him and a shame that so many who have confine themselves to just his three main albums - his back catalogue of songs is superb. Made to Love Magic and Time of no Reply are just as essential as the more famous three.

For any fans in San Francisco (or thereabouts): A Skin Too Few: The Days of Nick Drake is a documentary made by his sister, Gabrielle, and it's playing on October 3rd (at 7PM) and October 9th (at 5PM) at the Roxie Film Center. If you're interested, check out sfindie.com. I'm definitely going, and I really suggest it to anybody who's interested.

I've been a fan for about 11 years now and still can't decide which is my favourite album! It used to be Pink Moon, now I think it may be Five Leaves Left. I've never been that keen on Bryter Layter, too produced, however, Fly, Poor Boy and Northern Sky are up there with my favourite tracks. I really can't choose an all-time favourite, it's going to have to be governed by the moment. Man In A Shed

I always think that Know is the weakest track on Pink Moon, the only one I would come close to calling filler.

I think that Pink Moon displayed Nick Drake as the person he was, the real Nick Drake. The other two albums are superb, but Pink Moon,..there is something complete different with it.

Pink Moon is the most amazing of his albums. Stark, just guitar and voice (except for the little piano lead in the title track). It really was the best display of what he felt in his heart and mind.
