This was the first song of Neko's I heard. I listened to the song in a listening station at Border's and was blown away. This was exactly the kind of 'country' music I was fantasizing existed. From this one song, I discovered a whole new world of music -- Neko, Ryan Adams, Sixteen Horsepower, Tarnation, Gilian Welch, Jesse Sykes, Uncle Tupelo, etc etc. Thanks Neko!!

This song seriously just makes me shake. The first time I heard it, my hands started trembling like crazy, and it still elicits this reaction from me. It's kind of weird. And her voice on the Austin City Limits version? My god. Mind blowing. Especially the part after the pedal-steel solo.
