Oh yeah man, whatever floats your boat. Personally think Meshuggah are the leaders of their genre, but plenty of other great bands about too. Like Fellsilent. :D

both fellsilent and textures sound similar to meshuggah in their heavy parts. but meshuggah do not have calm moments, which makes their music incredibly monotonous. personally, i'm not that into monotonous music, but some people seem to like it.
