I do not think it is selfish at all, he didn't do a tour with his christmas album I don't think, Just the where's the band tour...? I would LOVE to hear more solo stuff, as I'm sure everyone else would too =]

I know Thrice is taking a break now; Dustin wants to get back to being a full-time father and all. But would it be selfish of me to ask for a new solo album? He doesn't even have to tour to support it. I just would love some personal and heartfelt acoustic tracks from the man who inspired me over the last 8 years.

This man is outrageously talented. He's a musical genius!! He sings with so much passion, I think that's why I love his music. I have had the pleasure of meeting Dustin and I got starstruck, seriously! He is super nice! I would love to see him perform again, either solo or with Thrice. Either way, still amazing.

I like his voice. Thrice is closer to my musical taste, but I love his solo stuff a lot. Two different worlds, two different sides of Dustin Kensure and yet so balanced. They both bring out the best of him.

dustin is quite good looking. on another note, the lyrics in his solo project show some of his roots as a musician and a man of faith. I feel like Thrice is more poetic in its messages and can be interpreted in different ways depending on the listener. "Blanket of Ghosts" always makes me want to kick back to some whiskey and good company, I absolutely love the honesty in the words.
