They still exist, they've just been removed from the Profile page and buried. To see them you have to click on the Charts tab and then click on browse by weekly snapshot.

For album art?

It is present from the album page when there is no artwork at all.

If there is already album art you have to go to the images page to find the upload button. Just add /+images to the end of an album url.

changing images may be working in Music Manager now, it is working to change label photos, might be worth trying again...

being able to embed my playlists, i don't care if i can listen to them or not, but it came handy to embed them so others could listen.

I too miss the way the images were shown in Recently Listened Tracks. Now its just boring if you listen to a whole album. 12 images on repeat... mm that's nice... NOT! Where the programmers drunk when they came up with this idea?

player location

I really really can't figure out why last.fm doesn't support continuously playing music. You can't really browse the site without loading a new page which means your music stops playing.

You can open several windows of course but then you have several players and you quickly forget which one is playing and which ones are paused.
Also, the player / radio is always displayed in different locations, (center of the page, right side of the page) which makes it unintuitive.

I still can't believe that this major design flaw hasn't been addressed in the last.fm redesign.

Translation: I miss the pop up player :(

Also the fact that you can not play on demand tracks in the software is sad, but, I suppose the ads need to pay for the ondemand stuff, though that doesn't mean much for the subscribers.

I miss grandly the exact date of a tag.

I used to treat last.fm as sort of history recorder, with the day of the month it was very easy to keep track of what was happening during the months. Now I see "August 2007" four times in a row and it says nothing! Which August? Was it in the same day, or one in the beginning, next at the end of the month? It's so vague :( Why has it been taken down? It's just one or two additional numbers, there is a place for it, and I'm sure it won't complicate the layout - and it would make an immense difference. Please, is there a chance to bring it back?

just put your music libary to show weekly, so you got the 8 most listened bands with pictures. Great thing.. I set the below chart to overall and the library view on weekly, so thre is your weekly chart, at least the top 8... I would recommend to add one row of the weekly, so there are 12. would be great.
