The Kooks have confirmed dates for an Australian tour this summer, and they're bringing some special guests along for the ride.
Regular Australian favourites, the British quartet play shows in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne next January to celebrate the release of their most daring release yet, Listen.
"I feel like there have been good and bad reactions to it, and that's been a great thing" frontman Luke Pritchard told triple j earlier this month; "It's showed that we were doing something interesting."
The group's fourth album also saw them working closely with young hip hop producer Inflo, "when we met, the chemistry was there, man," Pritchard says.
Joining The Kooks as special guests will be rising Welsh indie rockers Catfish & The Bottlemen, marking their first ever visit Down Under off the back of current single 'Cocoon'.
Also supporting at all dates will be The Griswolds. The colourful Sydney outfit have just dropped their debut album, Be Impressive, and returned from 6 months of US touring.
